We will hear from city staff about our “waste situation”. We hit 70%, we want 90%. That means we are diverting 70% of our waste to recycling and that’s good but not good enough. We can do better. Let’s shoot for 90%. Find out what that will take and what that will mean for you. We’ll also hear about important waste diversion activities at LASD and MVLA schools.
