Join GreenTown Los Altos on an 8-mile winter solstice night bike ride. We start at Peet’s in Los Altos, make our way to “Christmas Tree Lane” in Palo Alto to enjoy the lights, and return to Los Altos with a stop for hot chocolate on the way back. It may be cold so bundle up, and it will be dark, so make sure your lights work! This is a fun ride and if anyone can carry a tune, we’ll sing some carols.

Registration starts at 6:30; the ride starts at 7:00.

Wear your helmet and one more time – make sure your lights work! This is family-friendly ride, safe, there aren’t that many cars on our route, and the pace will be reasonable. GreenTown provides a leader and a sweeper, but there is always some inherent risk in riding a bike and by joining us on this ride you understand and accept that risk.

We have some twinkly lights to share, so come a little bit early if you want to decorate your bike.
